The Quimby Family Foundation has been awarding yearly grants since 2005. We proudly partner with non-profits throughout the state of Maine to promote Human Wholeness. To us, Human Wholeness is physical, emotional, social, and spiritual health and we believe in the inherent value of nature to advance all four.

Southern Maine Conservation Collaborative

Mission: To accelerate conservation work in Southern Maine by providing technical and administrative support, and expanding meaningful partnerships.

QFF Grant: Funds will support new projects: regional connectivity and planning; facilitating and supporting local community networks for conservation; and building the scientific and ecological literacy of communities. These projects will engage multiple members, address regional and common needs, create program models to be used again and scaled up and/or down in the future, and attract more diverse and increased funds for conservation in this region.
