The Quimby Family Foundation has been awarding yearly grants since 2005. We proudly partner with non-profits throughout the state of Maine to promote Human Wholeness. To us, Human Wholeness is physical, emotional, social, and spiritual health and we believe in the inherent value of nature to advance all four.

To support the Pathways to Social and Environmental Justice for Maine’s Indigenous Peoples initiative. Pathways is comprised of several sub-programs that focus on outdoor education, environmental justice, social justice, and economic/employment opportunities in outdoor conservation/leadership positions. Gedakina has several program offerings committed to reaching as many youth as possible, and being as inclusive as they can. The sub-programs include PathFinders, River Eco-Warriors, and Keepers of the Earth.
