The Quimby Family Foundation has been awarding yearly grants since 2005. We proudly partner with non-profits throughout the state of Maine to promote Human Wholeness. To us, Human Wholeness is physical, emotional, social, and spiritual health and we believe in the inherent value of nature to advance all four.

Patten Lumbermen's Museum
Patten Lumbermen's Museum was awarded a grant for tart up costs to bring the history of the Seboeis River to life. The Seboeis River Gorge, T5-R7, is a pristine historic watershed feeding the East Branch of the Penobscot River, once used for transporting logs, later used as a scenic hiking trail is in much need of maintenance and upgrades.
